제로 페인팅

​

제로페인팅(Zero painting)은 완성에 머무르지 않는다. 그려진 이미지에 새로운 이미지가 덧 그려지거나(+), 캔버스 프레임에서 탈각(-) 되어 다른 시리즈 작업을 위한 물리적 재료로 변형된다. 그림은 마치 무지개, 구름, 꽃, 노을 처럼 캔버스 표면 위에 잠시 나타났다 금새 사라진다. 그러므로 제로 페인팅은 언제나 끝과 시작 사이(0)에서 과정으로 지속되고 있다.

 

 

Zero painting

Zero painting is not limited to completion. A new image is superimposed (+) on the drawn image, or it is separated from the canvas frame (-) and transformed into a physical material for the other series. The painting briefly appears and quickly disappears on the surface of the canvas like a rainbow, a cloud, a flower, or a sunset. Zero painting is always sustained as a process between the end and the beginning.
